1) What we make

We manufacture flexible build plates in single or dual-surface configurations:

  • PEI family: Golden PEI (ULTEM™ 1000) smooth or powder-textured; Black PEI (Mitsubishi) smooth / satin / powder; Satin Engineering Plate (fine micro-texture).
  • Composites: G10/FR4; Real carbon-fiber + PEI (stiff base + controllable adhesion).
  • Compatibility & Private Label: We supply ready-to-fit plates for all major 3D printers (Bambu Lab, Creality, Anycubic, Flashforge, ELEGOO, and more). We also build to your drawing for any other printer—custom dimensions, hole patterns/slots/chamfers, and dual-side finishes. OEM/private-label programs with your logo and custom packaging are available.

2) Base steel choices (why they matter)

301 Stainless Steel -- our default

Delivers superior magnetic response, flatness, and hardness vs. common alternatives.

  • Width (stock): up to 1,000 mm. Length (stock): up to 1,260 mm. Wider or longer formats available on request, we can custom-manufacture to your specification.
  • Typical thickness: 0.50 mm (house standard for durability & handling).
  • We can supply 0.40 mm or thinner when cost/weight is a priority, and other gauges (0.60 / 0.80 / 1.00 / 1.20 mm) on request.

Manganese Steel --high-magnetic option

Specially treated for very strong magnetic attraction; ideal for small formats, black powder-coat or satin PEI plates.

  • Width: ≤ 450 mm.
  • Typical thickness: 0.50 / 0.60 mm, with 0.80 / 1.00 / 1.20 mm available.
  • Trade-off: thicker steel ⇒ stronger hold, but less bending flexibility. Specify per removal method and part size.

3) Magnets & heat management

  • Standard thickness: 0.8 / 1.0 / 1.2 / 1.5 mm; 2.0 / 3.0 mm on request.
  • Thermal note: thicker magnets slow heat transfer—expect longer warm-up and adjust cycle times accordingly.

Typical pairings

  • ≤ 300×300 mm beds: 0.8–1.0 mm magnet
  • 350–420 mm class: 1.2–1.5 mm magnet
  • Long, hot ABS/PC jobs: consider 1.5 mm magnet and avoid extended heat-soaks

4) PEI films, coatings & adhesive system

  • Golden PEI: SABIC ULTEM™ 1000 (pure thicknesses before apply adhesive tape: 0.125mm/0.175mm/0.25mm/0.5mm etc., Golden/amber PEI sheet maximum width 1200mm)
  • Black PEI: Mitsubishi PEI (pure thickness before apply adhesive tape: 0.125mm/0.3mm, black PEI sheet maximum width 530mm)
  • Finishes: smooth, satin engineering, powder-textured (golden or black)
  • Adhesive: 3M 468MP (used for smooth PEI lamination and for backing the magnetic sheet); rated for long-term ~149 °C, significantly more stable than low-cost tapes.

7) Branding & Packaging

  • Logo: laser or silkscreen.

8) Quality Assurance

QC — Every batch is tested for:

  • Bond strength (adhesion/peel) of PEI-to-steel and magnet-to-steel at room and elevated temperatures.
  • Magnetic pull (hold-down strength) of the magnetic sheet, incl. corner-lift / pull-off checks (spec per size & magnet thickness).
  • Flatness/warp against a reference surface before and after heat-soak (acceptance per RFQ).
  • Heat-soak reliability, holding plates at operating temps to screen for creep or edge lift.
  • Deburred/rounded edges for safe handling.
  • Surface uniformity (texture, color, coating continuity; no pinholes or streaks).

9) Logistics (Shipping)

We arrange courier (DHL/UPS/FedEx), air freight, sea freight (FCL/LCL), rail, and truck to match your lead-time and cost targets. Carton/pallet programs and custom labeling/barcodes available per your spec; Incoterms EXW/FOB/CIF/DDP supported.

10) Ordering (MOQ & Lead Time)

  • MOQ: Typically 5 to 10 pcs per spec - suitable for pilots and dealer onboarding.
  • Lead time: Confirmed at RFQ based on spec and quantity; sampling and staged deliveries supported.
